These terms cover your use of lambandlyon.com. They are not the agreement for a website project. Project work — what we build, what it costs, and how it is paid for — is set out in the separate written agreement we sign with each client. Where that agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement governs.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse the site, read about our work, and send us an enquiry. Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it to send unlawful or abusive material.
Our content
The text, design, code, and Lamb & Lyon name and mark on this site belong to us. You may share links to the site freely. Please do not copy the site wholesale or present our work as your own.
Portfolio previews
The work section shows websites we designed and built. Those sites are operated by the businesses they belong to, and their content and trade marks belong to them, not to us. We link to them so you can see live work rather than a mockup.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending the project form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place in our schedule, or oblige either side to anything. A project begins when we both sign an agreement for it.
Pricing shown on this site
The prices on this site describe our standard package at the time of publication and are provided for information. The amounts that actually apply to your project, when they are charged, and the terms of the recurring service are the ones written in your signed agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, or up to date. We may change or remove content on it at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing here limits any right you have under your signed agreement with us, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
